Will not be going back. I went to pick up a ring I purchased at the CLEVELAND MALL in SHELBY, NC a few weeks ago and i did not have my License because I misplaced it. I understand that they need my ID when I did not have my actual paper receipt. I showed them my receipt in email but that apparently was not good enough. That was not the big issue…. The issue was they (the manager and other employees) were rude to me in front of another customer instead of taking me to the side to converse and figure out another solution. I was highly embarrassed as the guy next to me was staring at me. Poor customer service. You should want your customers to feel loved and important not the other way around. Especially with somebody like myself who is struggling with a mental disorder. I will be taking my business else where. On top of it all when I went to get my ring cleaned I had to ask them to do it twice because they poorly cleaned it...

I ordered a new Movado men's watch for near $1,000 online. It arrived and immediately it was clear that it was a pre-owned/used watch that they sent for me. It nearly fell out of the box when the sales associate opened it, covered in smudge marks and scratches, and looked worn. I refused the watch and they credited back my new Kay's credit card I've just cut up.
The quality control and inspection process is non-existent. Beware of the jewelry you get. Inspect it well. This would have been my 4th movado and could tell right away it was used.

Because inaccurate information was entered, my warranty for my wedding band and service record disappeared.
