Marshalls — Local services in Shelby

I love this store! Such great prices for name brand, good quality products. Wonderful selection of clothes(for all ages, sizes, & gender), same for the shoes, accesories(bags,jewelry,phone accesories), home decor, make up, perfumes, pet accessories, toys, electronics(headsets, led lights), & so much MORE. Honestly one of my favorite stores to shop at for myself, my husband, & 2 kids. We are on a tight budget when it comes to clothing/shoes but we also enjoy shopping smart and thrifty and looking stylish all at the same time and Marshalls makes that possible. We get great brands like Nike, Jordan, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Calvin Klein, Champion, Adidas, Under Armour, & so many MANY MORE for such a great price. If I were to go anywhere else(like Wal-Mart for example/& no shade, I love Wal-Mart just not necessarily for all my clothing needs)& spend what I spend at Marshalls I would not get half the amount of pieces I can get at Marshalls not to mention no where near the good quality pieces they have and the clothing would never last as long as Marshalls product! I just cannot see myself spending for example $50 to $80 on a pair of Nike sweat pants when I could purchase the same pants at Marshalls for $20! I just got my son a wonderful coat regular retail price over $100 & I spent $20, same with my daughter's led lights we bought at set at walmart for $20 & then got the same set for $7.99. $50 headset for $15.99. Nike tennis shoes for me regular well over a hundred dollars I paid $35 at Marshalls. Happy kids, happy husband and happy mom HERE...

Doris, was great today with making the correct price tag for my shoes that should have been marked on clearance. She is a take charge kind of woman. Doris, mentioned to the other employee trying to help, but was rather confusing things that they need to pull all those particular style of shoes and put the proper price tags on them so they don't have to make tags during a sale while they're busy and the other employee made a comment along the lines of not feeling like it as if it was beneath her. That bothered me. Doris, didn't argue with her and was on her way to just doing it herself. It was evident the other employee doesn't respect a customer's time, luckily Doris did. So the 5 stars is for Doris having excellent retail etiquette. She knows what she is doing , the other one...

I dont shop here often. But when I do go to pick up a few odd things for gifts. I always find something unusual and quite unique too. I find items that you cant find at other department stores. I love this. Always clean and very organized. Their clerks stay on top of sorting an keeping items on shelves where it belongs. I tell them each during this holiday season, that they are doing an great job cause I really feel for them, some ppl are truly messy shoppers just laying items down anywhere. It sad others cant put things back and help keep stores neat.
