Don't bother going anywhere else. When I first walked in Matt approached me and greeted me. I was thinking ooohh here we go. Sales pitch right in the door. Well not at all. I told him I didn't need any help. Well sure enough within a few minutes I needed Matt's help ha ha. He was knowledgeable respectful and polite. Professionally dressed as well. Perfect employee any employer would be lucky to have. I searched all over town with Kimbrell's competitors and honestly...they don't have any competition. Kimbrells got my money easily. Huge "clean" roomy show room. Plenty of choices for the pickiest customer. Seriously don't bother going anywhere else. I went to the furniture store near by and their products didn't measure up. The only other store that comes close didn't have over half of their inventory with a 4-12 week wait time. In the future when I need to get furniture I know exactly where I'll go. Read moreThey agreed to repossess a mattress,adjustable frame and the frame around the bed. They agreed to contact me once they ran it through the system to see what was owed on the mattress alone. I call in today to see why I haven't heard anything. The lady informs me that she just ran it all as a repo and threw the mattress out. One of the employees even told her she was supposed to contact me. Instead she threw a $1600 mattress that was less than a year and a half old and the mattress was completely paid as I was informed by this woman. Read moreI have been a customer of Kimbrells in Shelby for some time and find the customer service and product excellent but today the experience was that good because it was so hot in the store. Not only was it hot but very stuffy. I had to wait a while to complete my transaction and I actually got nauseated. The employees apologized for the air not working but I realized it was not their fault. I don't plan on returning to Kimbrells until this issue is resolved and I plan on warning my friends about the shopping conditions.
