If I could give it negative stars, I would. I placed an online order on 06/30 around 12:25 and it said it would be ready at 12:40. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for 5-8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once someone came to the window she told me they were busy and they were starting on my order now. I didn't get my order until 1. I was irritated but I understood that they were busy. I get home and my brother in law and husband both ordered deluxe which should be 50% more meat. Neither sandwich had more meat. They both also ordered double cheese, my husband's had 2 pieces when a normal sandwich has 4. My BIL's wasn't doubled either. Mine and my husbands bread wasn't cooked long enough, mine was supper soggy and just disintegrating in my hands but my BIL's was over cooked. So at this point I am really irritated and I went back to the store for a refund. The cashier told me that only the manager could issue refunds and there wasn't a MOD there at all so I would have to call back the next day. I called and the Store Manager told me that the only way that she could issue a refund was if she had half of all of the sandwiches and the receipt. I explained to her that the cashier never mentioned any of that so I threw them away because they were pathetic and not eatable. She told me that was Subway's rules and there was nothing she could do. I asked how to get in touch with the DM and she said she could give her my name and number but she couldn't make her call me that she was her own person. I paid $28.64 for sandwiches that went straight into the trash and had to go spend more money because we were all hungry. The SM wasn't helpful whatsoever and they were down right rude. I called back to get the corporate number and she said that they were really busy that I needed to Google it and hung up. That is unacceptable. So she chose rotisserie chicken foot longer which wasn't cover well like steak.Allie left some in container to go to waste. They had 1 chicken breast, no turkey, no tea for the police officer.
