Subway — Restaurant in Shelby

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I placed an online order on 06/30 around 12:25 and it said it would be ready at 12:40. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for 5-8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once someone came to the window she told me they were busy and they were starting on my order now. I didn't get my order until 1. I was irritated but I understood that they were busy. I get home and my brother in law and husband both ordered deluxe which should be 50% more meat. Neither sandwich had more meat. They both also ordered double cheese, my husband's had 2 pieces when a normal sandwich has 4. My BIL's wasn't doubled either. Mine and my husbands bread wasn't cooked long enough, mine was supper soggy and just disintegrating in my hands but my BIL's was over cooked. So at this point I am really irritated and I went back to the store for a refund. The cashier told me that only the manager could issue refunds and there wasn't a MOD there at all so I would have to call back the next day. I called and the Store Manager told me that the only way that she could issue a refund was if she had half of all of the sandwiches and the receipt. I explained to her that the cashier never mentioned any of that so I threw them away because they were pathetic and not eatable. She told me that was Subway's rules and there was nothing she could do. I asked how to get in touch with the DM and she said she could give her my name and number but she couldn't make her call me that she was her own person. I paid $28.64 for sandwiches that went straight into the trash and had to go spend more money because we were all hungry. The SM wasn't helpful whatsoever and they were down right rude. I called back to get the corporate number and she said that they were really busy that I needed to Google it and hung up. That is unacceptable. The manager was really rude and short took two coupons and said couldn't use two on one order been there at least ten times and have used two coupons my mother has late stage dementia and she's not always with me but the lady you can tell is miserable in the job cause when I told her we would do separate orders and passed the coupon to my friend she said yeah ok separate orders like she was paying for it but I promise the West Shelby subway is off my list I will go to anywhere but there from here on out and they're mediocre at best the lobby is full of boxes of cups and napkins it's at least 3 pallets almost ceiling high full of whatever and plus you can see by the amount of business they don't have long left there just like everything else that's went under there in the last 22 years but the one lady is really nice but working with the wicked witch of the west is draining her and the place is not clean either seats had food in them and this lady needs to be in a factory or Mill or somewhere with machine's or anywhere but customer service I am going to find out her name cause she does not belong in customer service OF ANY KIND HAS ALL THE PERSONALITY OF A DOOR KNOB YET I WAS VERY NICE AND STILL STONE FACED KILLA TALKED UNDER HER BREATH PLEASE PLEASE PRAY 🙏🙏 FOR THIS WOMAN...

Thursday about 10 past 7. Black officer getting chicken rotisserie wrap. Only you1 scoop. Allie was our server.my friend went to order, NO steak and cheese. So she chose rotisserie chicken foot longer which wasn't cover well like steak.Allie left some in container to go to waste. They had 1 chicken breast, no turkey, no tea for the police officer. One of the toilets was stopped up, no soap in dispenser and no towels. I have to change up one my ft.long. I told her I wanted 2 Italian bmt's. She threatened to call manager to the black officer and myself my was the cost deluxe extras...she said 3 dollars and was very rude. I asked her could she read the deluxe extras cost...she yes rudely it rings up 3.on register. She wanted to call manager again. By time I was upset I told we knew that it takes time for a manager to come change the price on register...just forget double meats. The drive through was closed. Allie's choice about rotisserie chicken could very well easily turned into a racial thing if hadn't been an officer cause she being white and 2 whites behind him and he told him with that 1 cup was all that was supposed to be on that sandwich.Please do something with her attitude and fussing...
