Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Shelby

I order my food on my way home at 6:35 was told it would be done in 30 minutes. I arrived 5 mines before gave my name and was told it was coming out. While I was waiting I order something else. Seen multiple people get there orders as soon as they walk in and I still waited finally I asked about my food at 7:25 the cashier told me she didn’t know then asked I’m guessing the manager she looked at me like she was disgusted and didn’t even answer so 2 more people came in and was served then finally she said what was the name again and I gave it to her she looks inside of the warmer at the register and pulled it out and gave a faint apology I said that’s fine I understand. Same as the cash register same response. I get home and my food was half made and burnt. Hardly any toppings and BURNT. I was gonna let it slide because I know how it is with making orders but the attitude with it was a big no for me. I go to this place at least 2 times a week and I’m always smiling and leaving tips. Even if I have to wait a little longer. But as of today I’ll pick and choose somewhere else from now on. My family can’t even eat the food so now I’m either going to have to cook after all that time or go spend money on something else after working 12 and 1/2 hours on my feet today. And in those 12 and 1/2 hours I made sure I paid close attention to my quality to ensure the customers will be pleased with my work. So I feel that if I can do it so should everyone else. So apparently the owner doesn’t care about the service of this place. The last time I was here was 4 months ago due to the cashier eating pizza in my face before taking my order. I didn’t write a review then even though it was the second time the staff has been rude. Soooo 4 months later and nothing has change. Just worse, how can you order pizza at 7:15 prior to getting off at 8 then get to the pizza place and have to wait 10 min to be address, while waiting no one is washing there hands for them to tell you a 5 more min wait time that turn into to 25 mins. Go back to the register after being ignored once again just for the staff to say it’s almost ready. Nope negative let me get a refund. Thanks to the nasty thing that refunded me after trying to talk me out of it. Child bye, I came here with a yeah maybe they have better staff like when I first move here 3 yrs ago but unfortunately NO. Same disrespectful establishment with workers that act like they make 30+ an hr. You guys are very NASTY, learn to wash your hands, be respectful, and understand the customers aren’t the reason you make less but DAMN SURE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB OR FOR YOU ALL A PLAYGROUND. I pulled up to order food and all staff was outside and apparently the lights weren't functioning properly because it was dark. I seen 3 yes 3 employees outside. I put my window down and asked if they were open and Noone responded so after the third time asking they stated they were OPEN. Well one of the employees walked in and went straight through the back and never witnessed them washing their hands and whomever was in there by themselves was doing all the work while everyone else was on vacation apparently 🙄 This is such a sad world we live in ppl in fast food don't care how they treat customers or possible customers. So after sitting in parking space a minute I continued watching inside and decided it was best if I took my business elsewhere and wound up at Pizza Hut and very satisfied..
