I had 2 piece white chicken meal with mac n chz and slaw. Friend had fish plate with fries and slaw. I was told everything was cooked to order. No way this chix was cooked fresh. It takes about 10 mins to cook a chix breast that size. We got our food in about 12 mins. Chix was cold, hard, dry and bland, extremely bland. Quality of chix breast its self that you order is low (it's tough). Just not possible. Chix doesn't get that old that fast! Mac n chz was mushy (way over cooked pasta) with processed chz. Friend said fish was ok. Fries cold and hard. Tartar sauce either from a cheap jar or just some mayo and relish juice, maybe 3 bits of relish in the serving. Slaw was good. Not worth $24.00 with upfront 18% gratuity. Question: gratuity for what? Same service I would get at Hardees except they usually remember to give me my drink cup and condiments. We had to get up 3 times and ask for things. Decide whether you are fast food or full service. Bathrooms not clean at all. I opted to wait for my doctors office and just used hand sanitizer from my purse. It is sad to see an owner of a place with so much potential to lose their passion. Take a vacation, rejuvenate. When you come back retrain all current staff. Start doing interviews for new employees and let staff members know why. If they want to work, do it. If not your already hiring. Train new employees yourself on customer service. This way you know it's done to your satisfaction. Find a good chix marinade (that chic was so dry and bland). This place used to be amazing, however I visited the chicken ranch a week or so ago and took my family because I had been telling them how amazing there food was and we were all sorely let down! First off we ordered and got our drinks I pour a cup of Mtn.Dew from the machine and guess what was in it...2 dark thick curly hairs and black stuff floating around in my drink I pour it out and got a different drink and it was the same minus the hairs!!!!Then we get home to eat and the fries had no seasoning on them (they usually put a mix of different seasonings on the fries besides salt) and they were squishy and tasted of old grease. The fish which usually is phenomenal was just down right disappointing my father ordered the flounder and it was all skin with one small piece of meat on it. The rest of my family also got fish plates and they were equally disappointing the fish had hardly any meat on them and the little bit of fish we were able to eat we had to force down and it too also tasted of old grease. We wouldn't of eaten it at all if we weren't so hungry and had just paid $40+ for the food and drove 40 minutes just to eat there! And of course wouldn't you know we were all sick later that evening! Also all of our plates where to have hushpuppies, fries, slaw and fish well only 1 out of the 4 plates we ordered had hushpuppies on it and the slaw smelled like a old nasty fart! And to top it all off their air conditioning was broke and the customer service was terrible it felt as if the manager couldn't get us out of there fast enough. I only gave them a 1 star because I had too! Needless to say we will not...

This was my first time trying this place, and I was told that the food was really good... not so much for me. I placed an online order for a footlong hotdog that automatically came with mustard chili slaw and onions, you could only select 1 additional topping, so, I added in the comment section "no onions, add mayo and ketchup, please make the hotdog extra well done"... and the side I chose was Chips... and I ordered a side salad, but had no idea what came on it, so in the comments I added "tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese if you have it please only"... what I got instead of what I ordered was a COLD footlong that looked like it may have been microwaved for 15 seconds, and the footlong ONLY had mayo and ketchup, no chili, slaw or mustard... but at least it didn't have onions, right? No chips came with my order, but stale, cold fries did, unfortunately... the side salad had green peppers, onions and a few minced tomatoes... no salad dressing... if I asked for no onions on my hotdog, why add it to my salad? And... I am allergic to peppers, so the green peppers added meant that I couldn't eat the salad anyway even if I picked out all the onions... I called to complain, and the gentleman did listen to my complaint. However, U felt like I was being dismissed when he replied "I owe you a footlong and a salad" but how can he "owe me"? He didn't even ask my name or number... so I ended the call by letting him know I that I was very disappointed, and that it would be my first and last experience at the Chicken...
