Today I visited store # 2820 (1663 Midland Trail, Shelbyville, KY 40065) where I encountered cashier, Jacob G. This is the second time where I've encountered RUDENESS at this location.
I was inquiring about my phone plan as I was just recently laid-off from my job and wanted to know how I could reduce my plan. Jacob was in no way empathetic to my situation and told me that there was no way of reducing my plan without penalties. I then asked him about my auto payment plan where he ARGUED with me telling me that I was not on auto-debit. He said that I was going online to make my payments. Again, I do not pay online. I even showed Jacob my bank account online and again he said I made the payment. During this entire encounter he was condescending and rude. Whatever happened to the customer is right until proven otherwise? He did inform me that I am under contact for another 8 more months. At that time, I will be vigilant and cancel all services with ATT if we can't come to some kind of agreement.Not only do I have my wireless phone with ATT, I have all my home services as well as Directv.
I called customer service where she stated that my account was on auto debit.

Read moreI just had to go up to that store today To correct an issue that a corporate store messed up. The help I received from Ethan and Julien was Outstanding. They took time to actually listen to our situation and have understanding and compassion for the situation that happened at the corporate store Which ended up being a complete mess. My grandmother didn’t have no cell service or anything from her phone for what happened. They were able to fix the issue and give us more information and assistance on what we needed to do moving forward. It’s nice to go into a store and feel heard and understood. I personally myself have also had the best experience with Smurf, when I went To turn the phone on for my daughter for her birthday. The amount of Customer Service awareness and compassion that these people at the store have is just amazing and something that’s really Taking for granted these days.
