Took almost 3 minutes for the 7 employees to realize I was there, they were all in the back watching loud videos on their phone and laughing. When one girl named ocean realized I was there she continued to talk with her friend instead of saying hello to me. Then finally she walked to the register and said “what do you want”. Rolled her eyes when I asked for an extra in my smoothie… I was truly made to feel like an inconvenience for visiting this store. I used to love this place. Brittany and the weekly lunch crew are excellent. Then I went by on a Sunday. Two girls were crouched behind the counter doing something. I could see one person in the back. I stood at the register for about 2 minutes and the girls behind the counter knew I was there and kept talking. I said "are you closed?" Like I didn't know were they doing inventory? She said no and then proceeded, like a sloth, to take my order and help me. I made a review in the app as well. I hope Brittany saw it and...

Went 10 minutes after they opened on the first day. The teamwork communication was great - they were busy but the management had it organized while their trainer was helping them learn. Looks like the owner showed up while we were eating and checking in on his team. I think it was GM doing table touches.
