I went in there the other day and my daughter was picking out what I needed. Because I have no idea. I’ve recently become sick and need something to help with my appetite. All she did was tell the girl what I needed. The girl at register asked for her ID and I said no this is for me I’m buying, the some guy rudely butted in and said no even if you’re paying she has to have an ID also. So thanks for making me have to drive to Middletown where they took care of us. Because IM THE ONE PAYING. My daughter doesn’t even use anything. They have always been very kind in Middletown, should have went there first. I’m just glad we didn’t have an accident having to drive several miles further. I’m 62 years old, and if my daughter needs to help me get what I need then that’s really not any of your business. The guy was so rude that I wasn’t about to explain. Such bad attitudes. And also there we kids in there my daughter knows making the same type of purchases and the ste under age. It shouldn’t matter as long as the person buying has Id. You could have had a regular customer but I guess you don’t really care. I wish I could not give any stars because you don’t deserve any. You really need to take into consideration what someone might be going through and learn how to deal with customers. I should report you for selling to the others, because they were definitely underage, probably have fake id. This is terrible because now I have to drive many more miles and with gas prices and being sick and on a fixed income....

Like I legitimately just want to sit in there and talk to that man for the rest of my freaking life! Very intelligent, knows what he's talking about, he knows his stuff, he's very passionate about it and it comes across in how he interacts with everyone on a customer service level. I had been coming here for a few years but not any longer. I came into the store to buy some incense and was IMMEDIATELY cornered by both staff employees and was accused of theft. They shoved a phone in my face and asked if said person was me. It clearly was not. Some jagoff had been stealing cologne from the store. After I said it wasnt me there was no apology or anything. They kept me cornered until I put my items down and said Im leaving and not doing business here. Damn shame. Hope you catch the guy but I hope you dont profile every person that might resemble him.
