I went in there the other day and my daughter was picking out what I needed. Because I have no idea. Iāve recently become sick and need something to help with my appetite. All she did was tell the girl what I needed. The girl at register asked for her ID and I said no this is for me Iām buying, the some guy rudely butted in and said no even if youāre paying she has to have an ID also. So thanks for making me have to drive to Middletown where they took care of us. Because IM THE ONE PAYING. My daughter doesnāt even use anything. They have always been very kind in Middletown, should have went there first. Iām just glad we didnāt have an accident having to drive several miles further. Iām 62 years old, and if my daughter needs to help me get what I need then thatās really not any of your business. The guy was so rude that I wasnāt about to explain. Such bad attitudes. And also there we kids in there my daughter knows making the same type of purchases and the ste under age. It shouldnāt matter as long as the person buying has Id. You could have had a regular customer but I guess you donāt really care. I wish I could not give any stars because you donāt deserve any. You really need to take into consideration what someone might be going through and learn how to deal with customers. I should report you for selling to the others, because they were definitely underage, probably have fake id. This is terrible because now I have to drive many more miles and with gas prices and being sick and on a fixed income....

Like I legitimately just want to sit in there and talk to that man for the rest of my freaking life! Very intelligent, knows what he's talking about, he knows his stuff, he's very passionate about it and it comes across in how he interacts with everyone on a customer service level. You're just not another dollar bill walking through the door, you're a new experience for him to encounter somebody to get to know on a personal level.
