Cake and Candy Supply — Local services in Shelbyville

Buyer Beware. I placed an order on July 13 and paid for express shipping. As of today, August 1, I still haven’t received my package. Despite two separate promises from the store owner that it would arrive this week, nothing has been delivered.

I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. While I’ve been able to reach someone by phone each time I called, I have not received a refund for the out-of-stock items or the express shipping I paid for. At this point, I should’ve just ordered from Amazon—it would’ve been faster, cheaper, and less frustrating.

I am no chef nor am I a baker but walking into this wonderful place I felt a little hope for myself! My daughter is in culinary school and I know this place has so many amazing things to help her to achieve her dreams and goals.

The owner Karen was most gracious and helpful in helping me to find what I needed and I look forward to working with her again! Her knowledge was very valuable and she made me feel right at home!

Great place for hard to find cake supplies and baking tools I didnt know were available. The wall of cookie cutters and sprinkles is amazing. So many colors and varieties!

The owner has a wealth of baking knowledge and the ability to print edible pictures for your cake.
