0 Stars Really. I've tried time and time again to set up auto pay on their site with my bank and doesn't work. I've gone into the store to see if they can assist however they say they don't know much about how to do it. I had an emergency and flew to Thailand for a week, upon making it back to the states I received a very unpleasant and unprofessional voicemail requesting payment and then another pretty much saying, "Don't have us call your references." Gang, this hit a nerve I couldn't even begin to explain. I went in admitting I missed the payment and I told them I have paid all other bills while I was on the other side of the world and again reminded them that I've attempted time and time again to set up auto pay but yet still doesn't work.
