This is by far the worst Wings Etc. I have ever been to. The manager, Roberta, was incredibly rude. Not only did she talk down to my boyfriend and I but his parents as well. This was when we requested OUR raw burgers to be cooked well done. She stated medium was the standard for their restaurant. Roberta then tried to convince us to eat the food and leave. After her rant, she asked us if we wanted the burgers or not. She left and had the burgers made, the burgers were cooked properly and served takeout containers. We asked for takeout containers for our meal AFTERWARDS. Roberta continued to be rude throughout the evening. Not only that but she messed up the receipt and added over $30 to our ticket. We had to ask for this to be fixed which she scoffed at. After it was fixed, the previous "discounts" she put on our receipt was not transferred to the second receipt. She stated it wasn't a discount and was supposed to "fix" the first receipt. Mind you, the "discounts" didn't even remove half of the additional $30 plus that was added to our receipt. We were charged two cowboy burgers when one was ordered and the beer cheese was over $14 on the original receipt. After everything was said and done, our second receipt came out with the correct value minus the discount. When we asked about the discount, she threw a fit. We originally came here to sit down and eat. This is a terrible restaurant. Skip the Wings Etc. In Shelbyville and go to the Camby one if you want properly cooked food and polite staff. Oh and the restaurant was operating over 50% capacity during the Covid19 crisis. We will NEVER come to this location again. I wish I could leave a negative star review. I regret paying for this food and the service that was provided.

Read moreI always order the same thing a chicken, BACON wrap... Double chicken... I feel like they think because I do use the choice of double chicken for $2 more, that means no bacon? The last 2 times I have gotten this there was no bacon on it, and it honestly looked like a chicken pizza in the box... It was not even wrapped up... I ordered via carry out, and honestly I was so frustrated and exhausted from that horrible experience alone, I didn't even feel like dealing with the rest of the problem... We ended up at another place, that I was able to eat and feed my toddler! I hate having to leave a poor review, but I paid $30.00 for that order alone, and the entire order is literally sitting in the fridge, waiting for trash day... Not to mention that I went back there the next day because that's what hubby wanted, mentioned this horrible ordeal to the server and it was just laughed off.... I thought the name alone of the wrap would help the kitchen get at least 3 things right... The chicken, the BACON, and the shell.... Anyways... Maybe next time, if there's a next time....

It's not even the first time but on all the others the owner/manager owned up to a doordasher picking up my order or they were backed up. Completely understandable. But today I ordered my food at 3:48pm. It was getting to the point where I was asked by 3 different staff members plus the owner/manager if i had been helped.
