7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Shelbyville

I love 7 brew but I came during a BOGO event, and waited 40 minutes, and walked to the window and asked if we could order by walk up and was told by an employee yes at 7 just wait by the door. Then kind of hatefully the manager at 7 yelled that walk ups would be taken after all the cars, or I could get back in my car which was blocked by a million other cars. It’s fine not to take walk ups but it would be nice if it was advertised or spoken aloud by that same manager as she walked by all the cars twice. Honestly I had quit going to this location do to inconsistencies in the drinks. Even when it’s ordered the same, it never tasted the same. The customer service had gone downhill at this location and I was a semi-regular. When I went this last time, I got to talk to Rachel, a shit lead, and she apologized and had my drinks be made quickly and they actually tasted amazing. I was really excited. Love this location. Everyone I have interacted with is always kind and personable. I am a lover of the sweet and salty. But we order a little bit of everything if the whole family is together. My only con is sometimes the coffee isn't very hot even when I ask for extra hot. And there always seems to be caramel down the side of the cups every time. Which can be a bit messy.
