Today my son and I went to this store, I bought some, but because it was small I temporarily put it in my pocket (it was my fault and we did not leave the store and I'm very sorry to them for this incident.) The man who took my son's toy in a rude and contemptuous way made him cry a lot, I think if I trade my self-esteem for something, I will get gold or diamonds. It's not something that is only worth 1-2 dollars, I texted them to explain but they didn't answer, I felt very ashamed and felt like I was discriminated against unworthy things. . I think they should explain to customers because of their mistakes instead of that disdain, because what they have is not worth someone to steal. I used to love going to this store with my grandma when I was younger and while the product is still amazing and diverse, the staff was not so welcoming. I was asked to zip my purse up that was in my cart and watched over while I did so and then followed around the store, as if I were a criminal. It was uncomfortable, to say the least, and if I hadn't driven a half hour from home for the sole purpose of going to this store, I would have left immediately. I ended up spending over $60 there, but it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a retail store and even though it is somewhere that I remember in a positive light when my grandma was alive, I won't be returning to this store or...

I really think I have a love/hate relationship with this store.. I love it.. my wallet hates it lol I can spend so much time just wandering the isles and checking everything out. They have such a unique selection of items, especially in their craft section.
