I’ve tried to support this local flower shop, but after multiple issues, I can’t justify using them anymore. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet in mid-April for delivery the Friday before the holiday. The order was lost, and after three follow-up calls, it finally arrived Monday evening—days late. I even got a delivery confirmation before the flowers were actually delivered.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had either. In the past, deliveries have been late, requiring follow up on my end, and once, flowers were left in a retirement home’s office instead of being delivered to my grandmother’s apartment making it difficult for her to even get them.
