First time there, was school shopping for my 3 children and looking for name brand clothing, while walking in this store I was not greeted till I said something to the lady first, then she said "Hi" but never once gave eye contact, never once explained to me any of the sales, how the store works, if I was looking for anything in particular, if I can be helped with anything, I had to ask about the sales and if there where any. Felt like I was invading her time and space. Never felt so UNWELCOMED in a store as I have in this place. Then as I was walking out she said "bye" and once again never looked up at me. I can honestly say I will not ever be back in that store again.... not to mention was not happy with the prices thought they where rather high for a consignment store. Very very...

They have a variety of clothes to purchase from and it’s a clean store. I would be very careful bringing your clothes in to sell - I brought them a whole bunch of brand name item clothes (about 5 bags worth) months ago and they claim I have a zero dollar balance and can’t find where I brought items in. But what’s weird is a called a month ago and they said I had a $5 balance. Makes me wonder if they sold the clothes and took all the money themselves. When I dropped them off, I was told to give them my name and that was it. So I trusted their process.. when I probably shouldn’t have. I won’t be bringing them any of my used clothes anymore.
