I was amazed when I got my ring back. I had originally took my ring in for repair. The diamond flower..base of ring had fallen out. I picked up the ring a week later..wore it once and stone fell out again and got lost. I took it back to show the jeweler what had happened. They offered to custom build the flower and I was a bit leary but decided to let them try. We picked it up Wednesday and they had done an amazing job. I have come to this place on 3 separate occasions. My 7 year old needed a cheap Walmart ring resized and they ended up giving her a nice one that was just a few bucks and her eyes lit up. My 11 year old had some cheap earrings that needed fixed and Mark didn’t charge me anything for it and I got an engagement ring from here and they made sure it was the right size even after I came back a few times to refit.
