Abound Credit Union — Local services in Shepherdsville

I recently tried to open an account and provided money for funding.

I was denied an account and have not been returned my money despite them not even opening an account with it. They have stolen my money and kept it.

I would warn everyone they will do the same to you. Do not give them your money. They will not give it back even if they refuse to use it. They don’t mention this anywhere either.

Edit: So I contacted them as they asked and still did not receive my money back and was basically told I need to call them and talk about it. They can see I haven’t cashed the check. I’ve told them multiple times I didn’t get it and they’ve managed in the time since to send me a debit card for an account they didn’t open as well as a statement but no check.

Do not give them your debit card. They will not refund you. And they will insist on sending you a check that you never receive while still using your address to send you other stuff.

This place is a scam and I would not trust them...
