HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I could not say it enough. I’m so glad I’m not from this area, because I will never ever return to this place.

When we got to this place, there was not a lot of cust or a long line of cars in the drive-thru (but there seems to have a good number of unkept, trashy-looking staff) so we thought maybe we should just go in and have a seat-down meal and probably don’t need to wait that long. One thing I noticed right away was that the tables are dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. We placed our order, waited and waited and waited.. we checked, no one can explain why our order is not ready yet. We tried to be more patient until it was too much, we had to ask again and that’s when we found out that THEY GAVE OUR ORDER TO OTHER CUSTOMER!! They asked us if we are willing to wait for another 30 mins to get our food ready.We waited over 30mins already for our original order, and you expect us to wait another 30mins??? Nope, no way. They gave us cash refund after we refused to wait.

HOW FREAKING INCOMPETENT TRASHY bunch of people! I bet these are the type of people who would cry about being underpaid but could not even do a simple job as this.

In hindsight, it’s probably best that we didn’t get our food, thinking it’s these people preparing it. 🤮🤢

Our first time at a Bojangles restaurant, and we were more than pleasantly surprised, and left wishing they would start opening these in the northern states too. This was so good! The seasoning on the chicken and fries are amazing and the fried chicken had that great crunch on the outside and the juiciness on the inside that other fast food places cannot do right. I had the chicken sandwich. It was a little boring looking, only having pickle and mayo, but the taste still came through and let the chicken shine. I think it could be good with lettuce or maybe tomato too, but it doesn’t need it. The seasons they use on the fries is so good. I’m not sure if it’s the same as for the chicken but they’re both seasoned perfectly. My fries did seem a little dry, maybe not totally fresh, but the taste made up for it. The young man at the register was great, we visited April 8, didn’t get his name though. He gave us the tray of food and said he gave us a side of potatoes. It must have been an extra one or something, but that’s pretty awesome and really made our visit perfect. The coleslaw and potatoes and gravy were excellent as was the sweet tea. They make fresh biscuits every twenty minutes, and they were good. I really have nothing bad to say except that now we want to eat there again and we don’t have any in any of the states even close to us. My family and I visited this location on 7/10 and were warned by another customer that we were in for a wait. After ordering our food, it took over 40 minutes to receive all of the food we ordered. It seems that the employee that was taking our order, was also the individual making the sandwiches and preparing the in house meals. There were a few issues with the order, but an employee (later named) was able to immediately resolve and refund the extra charges for the miscommunication. The food itself was GREAT! Unfortunately the tea, both sweet and unsweet had a taste as if they had been sitting there for a couple of days (which isnt the case, I hope). All of the packets of ketchup available, even those handed to us were completely covered in both a dry and sticky substance (probably honey).

I dont know if this was an off day for this location, but the only positive part of this post would be to congratulate the lone employee "Faith". She over heard our complaints while on break and immediately came to the rescue. She did explain that pretty much the entire staff at that time were all new and they were having issues keeping up with the orders in a timely manner. I do plan to visit this location again, and hopefully the issues will be resolved by then.
