In general, this is a pretty good place to eat, but clearly they have room for improvement. It always takes ages for our food to arrive, no matter what day or time it is, no matter what we order, no matter if we're a group of six or just a couple. The servers are usually nice but not saccharine, and the restaurant itself is always clean and well-kept.

On our last visit, my entree salad was run out to me, but without explanation, my husband's food was nowhere to be found. It took several minutes for our server to come check on us and she was just as confused as we were about the missing meal. Eventually, the general manager came to apologize and explained that the kitchen had miscounted the chicken tenders so they had to remake the meal. Not sure I would have withheld an entire meal for a couple missing tenders which could have been brought out a couple minutes later, but hey, I'm not the manager. We waited several minutes more for my husband's meal, and were charged at 100%.

Not enough to turn us off completely, but we definitely have low expectations of the place in regards to...

We have eaten here before several times (pre-covid). We have always been happy. No more! My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwich, took one bite and realized it was bad. We told the waitress and waited several minutes for the manager. The manager came out and agreed that the chicken salad had gone bad. This “chicken” place doesn’t make their own salad, it’s prepackaged. The manager apologized and said he would take care of it on the bill. My husband ordered a burger. When the burger came, he didn’t get the side of chips that was ordered. When we got the bill, we were charged $9.99 for a cheeseburger! We waited again several minutes for the manager. Finally, the manager said the only part of the bill he agreed to take care of was the chicken salad sandwich that was not even edible! Also, he was very busy with other customer meals and couldn’t break free to take care of us! However, we had a very sweet waitress! The manager needs a different job! We will NEVER...

Love this place! Always great food, good drinks, and friendly staff. Went recently and debated on trying an appetizer I'd never had. Decided to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't really my jam. It was NO fault of the workers or the appetizer itself. It was just too spicy for my little baby taste buds. Anyways, since it was 100% on me for ordering something I was unsure of, I fully expected to pay for the appetizer even though I did not eat it. To my surprise, a manager came over and asked me if I was enjoying my app. When I sheepishly told him I'd made a mistake, he said that he would not expect me to pay for something I did not enjoy and removed it from my bill. He did NOT have to do that, and it to me just puts the cherry on top of their already amazing customer service! I highly recommend this...
