If I could make it less then one star I would. We went to best way for a washer and dryer on the 16th, signed papers and paid for the first week, the pair was delivered to us on the 17th. The guy who came to install it had to change the cord to the dry from a 3 prong to a 4. He plug it in and it through sparks and the breaker. He proceeded to do this same action twice. Then we smelled the smoke, my vent to the dryer was on fire, flames was crawling up the outside of my house, and in the basement. We had to call the zoneton fire department, but our neighbor was able to put it out before zoneton showed up. Today we had a master Electrician come out to check our wiring and he said our plug is in working order, we then received a phone call from the fire marshal who told us he believed the dryer cord was put on backwards. So the hot and ground wires was switched which Electrified the medal vent hose and started the fire. So we proceeded to best way to talk to Jonathon Fraley the store manager. He then tried to get us to take a new washer and dryer with 1,000 dollars off, we told him we wanted the pair and would even continue with our payments, we just wanted our house fixed. He then told us if it's more then 500 or 1,000 dollars we could forget it. That's it...we didnt even get a "I'm so sorry about this" or our money for the first week back. Read moreI have used Bestway on 2 separate occasions and have an excellent track record of paying things off with them. This past time, I paid off an item and was continuously charged a fee by them that went undetected for a few months. When I caught it and called, the Manager John explained that this was an insurance that was offered on paid off equipment and I was supposed to opt out of it. How am I supposed to opt out of something I had no knowledge of nor gave permission for? Anyone who has ever paid off anything through them or Aaron's knows that when it's paid off, the items are your responsibility. I was never told about an insurance plan and was never given the option to opt in or out. I was automatically enrolled. For anyone who has recently paid off anything with Bestway or is about to, pay close attention to your bank. The manager was extremely rude as well and treated this like I was overreacting when they were basically stealing small quantities of money from me each month....

Called Saturday to get a washer. The sales associate was very busy and needed to hurry and get off the phone, he took down my information and said he would call me back.....he never did that day. Monday rolls around and I called again. Same associate answers takes my information and assures me that it will be delivered between 3-7.
