The hospitality was immediate when engaged by your attractive female agent. We spoke of what we were looking for in a piece of comfort furniture. She guided us to the section of the store we might find items from which to choose.

There were several selections but only two we could take home that day.

You agent explained the features of those few we expressed the most interest. She manipulated the features we were most interested in seeing function - sleeper reveal - comfort, and concealment.

The price concerned us the most. When I used my phone to take a few pictures she recognized the photo on the "desk top." She knows where it was taken and the occasion it was taken. We spoke of our common acquaintance.

We thanked her for her attention. We left the store to consult another local store.

We then went home and consulted an Internet source. That revealed what we were concerned with most, cost, availability, and where manufacturered.

That same day, we returned to your shop and were re-engaged by the young lady who first spoke to us. She guided us back to the area of our interest to answer a few more questions.

She detailed for us some manufacturing features then we began the purchase and deliver process. My bride returned the following week to seal our agreement with cash.

Sara Weger was amazing to work with! We thought we wanted a sectional but we weren’t sure. I was overwhelmed with all of the options in the store. Sara showed us a few options and then came to our home to measure for the best fit. When we went to the store for the 2nd time, to hopefully find the sectional we wanted, Sara quickly helped us find the best options for the set up of our home. She helped us narrow it down to 2 options. That was great, as it gave us different price points to choose from. Then came the decision about fabric. I DREADED that. Again, Sara was amazing. She helped us pick a fabric that will look amazing in our home and will wear well. She also helped me pick out pillows that will accent beautifully. Sara made a process that seemed extremely overwhelming, “a piece of cake”. In addition to a beautiful sectional, we will be adding a massage chair. Sara did a great job explaining all the features.
