Incredible Experience with Hedes Ramirez at Denver Mattress

My husband and I recently visited Denver Mattress looking for a solution to his ongoing back pain caused by bulging discs. I had been doing a lot of research on mattresses that help with back pain but also something that could meet both of our needs, his for firm support and mine for something a little softer.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Hedes, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely patient. He took the time to really understand our sleep needs, asking all the right questions about our sleep positions, whether we snore, and what type of comfort we were looking for.

One thing that truly stood out was that Hedes put zero pressure on the sale. He genuinely cared about helping us find what was right for us and really listened to our concerns. We felt supported and never rushed, which made a huge difference in our decision-making process.

We initially went in thinking we’d walk out with a firm mattress, but after trying four different options (some more than once), we ended up falling in love with the Purple Restore Plus Soft. Even though it’s labeled soft, it had just the right amount of firmness and support, and it adapted beautifully to our bodies. The adjustable zero gravity base was the cherry on top—it truly sold us.

Hedes also guided us through trying pillows, and we ended up choosing the Purple pillows, which formed perfectly to our heads and gave us a level of support we’ve never experienced before. We even walked out with the bamboo sheets, so soft and luxurious.

Absolutely great from the time we walked in the door. We had pedaled past the c470 location for months watching it being built. No intentions at the time to go in just enjoyed watching a beautiful welcoming bldg being built. Then about a month a go our mattress wasn't giving us the comfort we needed. Time for a new mattress. We jumped on our pedal bikes and headed over on a rather cold afternoon determined to buy a new mattress. We were greeted by Caleb who turned out to be so knowledgeable and patient as we moved between 4 mattresses that were top contenders for our firm selection. We settled on a Denver Mattress which we felt was way beyond the other brands. We are so delighted with our purchase and are looking forward to its delivery in Jan. The manager that helped me pick out a mattress for my son was helpful, informative, and kind. What ruined my experience was the policy or promotion I felt forced to abide by. With the purchase of my mattress, I was told I was to receive a whole bedding bundle-sheets, pillows, mattress protector. I stated I did not want these extra products. However, I was told I would have to pay $300 either way, so I should take the bedding products. When I again stated I did not want these bedding products and only wanted the mattress, I was told I could donate the bedding products after taking them with me. I find this policy very wasteful and it made me feel bad. I did not leave feeling great about my purchase which is disappointing. However, this may not be an issue for many. The store is clean and people attentive which is great as a shopper.
