Sarah G was the tile angel we needed! We are building a home and have been looking for tile for almost a year. Being close to a selection deadline, we stopped in unannounced to see if we could find ANYTHING we liked. Sarah was quick to help, narrow things down and suggest samples without adding to our pre-existing overwhelm. She is a master at her craft and is also willing to give honest feedback, which we desperately needed. We made a follow up appointment to finalize all of the details and we couldn't be more grateful! It's not just about the tile. It's about good old fashion service, knowing how to listen, knowing when to ask questions, knowing her products and doing all of this with kindness and grace.
