Location is great, very convenient but one male cash register attendant is really rude.
I went with my grandmother and the guy barked orders at me like it was a jail cafeteria the whole time. Obviously I was a little taken aback by it since I’m not used to cashiers being so sharp. He rang up my things and when he got to a dress with no tag, he asked me to grab another one to scan in its place. I went to go grab one I could see from the register and he starts yelling at me, “ma’am! Ma’am, you need to pay first!” I was confused since he just told me to get another one. It was a different color but the same cut of dress so I didn’t think it was that big of deal. When I got back he tried to put the one with the tag in my bag and when I corrected him saying I wanted the first one he got all huffy as he punched in the SKU. Then it gives him an error code and he calls a manager over.
Now a line is forming. When the manager gets there he tells him, “can you explain to this woman why I can’t sell this item?!”
Like, woah dude…. Why the hostility? It doesn’t make sense that you can’t just ring in an open sale for the amount of the dress… but okay. It’s not that big of a deal.
Manager tells me that it doesn’t say why they can’t sell it but they just can’t. Okay. Whatever. Idc
I check out. All good. Then he asks the next person in line if she would be buying a bag. She says yes. Well this woman is my grandmother. I pay for the items she has on the belt separately and see that he hasn’t given her a bag. I ask for one and he says she didn’t buy one.
Uhhhhhh… yeah she did. Then with the most attitude he pulls a bag out and says “you know what, here’s a curtesy bag even though she didn’t pay for one.” I told him he was incredibly rude and that I’m surprised he had a job in customer...
Read moreExtremely dissapointed with my entire experience today. I made a gift return this morning. I returned a pair of water shoes that were too big for my son. My plan was to return the shoes, find a pair that fit and do some summer shopping for my kids. The return was made successfully, I was given the GC receipt, the original receipt, and a GC. 3 items that are necessary for tracking if one gets misplaced. Well with 2 kids in the cart, 3 things to keep track of, I managed to lose the original receipt and the GC in the 15 minutes that I was in this store. I still had the GC receipt figuring I would be able to cancel the card and get a new one issued, NOPE! Well after they tried once, they said that for some reason the system wasn't allowing them to do it, sorry. Really? So I am just out? There is a serious gap in customer service here. The GC return was only $13 but there is a point. The point is is that Target would rather refuse to issue another GC for $13 and lose $117 purchase than eat $13. So I returned everything that I purchased and refuse to shop at this store in the future. To top it off, I asked to be connected to the GM, and in return I was given the store directory phone number that doesn't give you an option to speak to upper management. I also went online to try and send an email. Again, not an option. For such a big corporation, making billions, I would think these systems would be more user friendly and customer forward. I am sick with...
Read moreThey racially profile so if you black and were regular clothes and scarfs and bonnets on heads they gonna think you’re stealing.
It was the Target off Sheridan zip code 80110 me and friends were doing a quick run in target (mind you we are all three African American) but, our items were separate. She had a gift card and I had my debit card. As soon as I finish scanning my items in self check out, grab my receipt I stood in the front by the carts to wait for my friends, who then was having issues with their gift card, the self check out lady assisted them as I’m standing waiting in the front the Hispanic young security run to her computer turn on the computer and I’m sitting there watching her check the footage to see if we stole anything and what’s crazy is I have my receipt number and THE RECORD ON MY PHONE RECORDING THE SECURITY WATCHING MY VIDEO in self check out . As soon as she finished she turned to me and I calmly asked “did you find what you were looking for as far as me stealing” she proceeds to say “why are you looking at my computer”? Where I was standing it’s pretty open to see the computer so my whole thing is is I’m so close of suing bc me being racially profiled is offensive mind you I had my 6 year old son with me. So I feel like an apology is owed to me because I’ve never been racially profiled before until now. And I’m offended. Extremely offended.
P.s. I did report to Coorprate and someone will be...
