They are putting extremely poor quality apparel on their shelves and not honoring their return policy. That states, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. Instead, they said that since they were not in unworn condition with tags and receipts, they don't exchange them. I wore the gloves once for 15 mins and the sides of the fingers were blown out, I'm not blaming them for the craftsmanship, just think in the situation that you are backing this product there should be some accountability by the retailers. After seeing the auto-response about informing them about the return policy and the blatant disrespect we received from the store manager who wouldn't leave her office to acknowledge the exchange although it had been three days and we had the receipt in had, or the way were talk down to and belittled by the shift manager who said she had relay between the store manager and us left us standing at the checkout while on her way back stopped to speak to an employee, laughing and carrying on, stopped to answer the phone, put some clothing behind the counter on hangers walk them to the rack to return them to the floor and print off a blank receipt to show me a badly faded term of return that was not legible and tell me if we didn't have the hang tag she wouldn't do anything and couldn't rts them because they wouldn't know who they purchased them from. Keep in mind there was still 12 pair of the same gloves on a rack, told her that I would get another tag and she became aggressive telling us that we were the ones that purchased the gloves so it is not her problem our responsibility to care if we got a good product once we left the doors.

We will not patronize a company without honesty, integrity or service anymore and will encourage those around us...

This store needs to change its hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time I have tried to come to the store because it says online that it's open until midnight. I made a 30 minute drive down here. Only to get all the way here and find out they're closed yet again before even 11:30. Again this is the third time I have wasted my time and my gas because this store has chosen to deceitfully list their hours incorrectly on their website AS WELL as on the door a separate sign sitting right inside the door all state that they are open until 12AM.

Look- it's a super simple concept that alot of businesses seem to have forgotten during their time off with COVID but people don't like getting tricked and lied to. If you don't want to stay open until midnight then obviously just don't list that you're open until midnight. Just state on your website on your sign on your door that you close at 11:30. And I'm that way no one can be pissed. It's a win-win for everyone involved. You still going to go home early customer's not deceived hasn't wasted any time or gas, everyone knows what to expect.... I mean I just don't even understand why you wouldn't want to do that just to begin with. Unless it's a situation like corporate is wanting you to stay open till midnight but you are a store is choosing to instead...

I get that this is Sheridan, but you cant try on certain items due to the security devices.

There are several places to sit down and try shoes over in the mens section, but not the womens section. My girlfriend would have had to go to the fitting room if she wanted a place to sit to try on shoes. The isles are cramped in the womens section as well compared to Mens.

The employees struggle to remove the security devices on certain items, which again, I get this is Sheridan but maybe they should just have more asset protection people around. I pricked my finger removing one of the devices not realizing the end was sharp. Never had that happen in my shopping experience until now.

One of the ladies that works there probably shouldn't be if she's going to be shoulder checking customers. I dont know her name but she has blonde highlights and a ton of makeup. She nearly ran into my girlfriend had she not quickly gotten out of the way. She was also hovering around us the majority of the time as we shopped.

2 stars because most of the negative reviews for this store are REALLY dumb. If you can find something here, it's usually a good deal. But I won't be shopping here ever again....
