My battery died at the gas station right behind this store and I couldn't find anyone to give me a jump that had cables, so I saw the sign and called to see if they had jumper cables. They said they did so I walked over, I wasn't sure where to look so I went to the Customer Service desk and asked for them. The gentleman behind the counter, walked me over and handed me exactly what I needed. He followed up asking if I had anyone to give me a jump and when I said no, he asked if I walked there. I told him what was going on when he walked me to the front and told the cashier he was going to help me out. He gave me a ride back to my car and stayed with me until we got my car running again. And just to be sure I could make it to Dallas, we went back to the store to check my battery. I found out later on that this gentleman was actually a Store Manager at another location and was just helping out in the store. I had been waiting 30 minutes for help and with his assistance I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I am extremely grateful he was so helpful and genuinely concerned. I've shopped Tractor Supply for years for my pet food since its the only place I can find my favorite brand at a decent price, but this incident just proved how they really are willing to go above and beyond for...
Read moreIm going on 72 years old now and remember when my pop would order stuff from tractor supply out of the catalogs ;when I first moved to Crockett tx I was as excited as could be when they opened a location there I have always had the best of customer service there until today now I may be old but I do know when someone eats rocks for breakfast and is just awful disrespectful and negligent to what's going on around them ms Kayla you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for the way you treated that young lady at the counter today while you ignored her and the young man asking for help as you attached yourself at the hip to the other young man you were parading around the store with. You do not in any way belong in and establishment as fine as this one is as veterans me and my son both love this store for various reasons and find it a simple yet enjoyable solice to just walk around and browse the gizmos yall carry from time to time and most of the time we buy one to toy around with for some bonding time that is hard to come by with how much he has to work and I can't believe that they would hire someone as awful and disrespectful as you once again you should be absolutely ashamed of...
Read moreI usually go to some tractor supply that has the pet wash station for my Pomeranian because of the professional dryers. Any dog with long hair HAS to be dried and brushed or the air drying process could cause more knots in their hair. I feel like this location gets worse and worse. I only go when I just can’t get an appointment with my groomer in time or he just needs a quick wash but no haircut. The last two times I went, one day there was no towels in the room and the other day one dryer wasn’t working and that day many owners were coming in needing both dryers. Today I went and neither dryer was working out of the two and I literally drive 30-40 minutes specifically for the dryers. Yet every single time we’re expected to pay the full price. I understand it’s only $10 for the dog wash but it’s supposed to include towels, dryers, brushes, shampoo/conditioner and the general use of the station. What good is it to pay full price (no matter the cost) when not all the included items are available?? I might just have to invest in a dryer of my own so I don’t even have to go...
