I had been looking forward to checking out Hazel, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The posted hours indicated they were open until 6 PM, yet when I arrived, I waited at the counter for several minutes with no greeting or assistance from staff. When I finally interacted with the employees, they came across as rude and unprofessional, at times even making comments about customers within earshot.
The coffee and matcha were unpleasant, and the overall atmosphere felt more focused on clout and aesthetic than quality or service. Additionally, almost nothing in the store or cafĆ© had price tags, meaning you had to ask for prices, something especially frustrating when the place was packed.
