Burger 25 Ship Bottom LBI — Restaurant in Ship Bottom

Great Burgers and other items like wings. ridiculously fast service for takeout, especially at off peak times. everything I have had has tasted great. I don't prefer to eat in though. Sevice is average, it seems to be mostly young kids there with little guidance from an adult manager (I have never seen an adult worker everytime I have been in there). Overall, when I am hungry and need food soon, I go to Burger 25. So many options too! order online and it is really easy to fully customize your meal.

Summer 24 update: Burger 25 LBI was my go to place for a meal when you need it fast. However last two times I ordered (late spring and end of June) they did not get my order correct. And I am not nitpicking on my order, they had multiple things incorrect. This most recent time I ordered a bison burger with pepper jack cheese and seated onions, no pickles and bbq sauce which amounted to a $2 upcharge over standard burger. Well, they weren't even close: regular burger with American cheese, raw onion, had pickles on it and no BBQ sauce.

Although I don't eat red meat, I checked-out Burger 25's menu online beforehand and saw that there are several chicken options, so I gave the place a try. When you walk in, you immediately wait on line to place your order at the counter. If you're ordering take out, you stand around and wait for your order to be brought out. If you're eating in, you look for an empty table or wait for a table to open up. There's no hostess. Claiming a table is up to you. When ordering to eat in you're given a number to put on your table. When your food is ready a runner brings it to your table. I had four items; three of which were fried. My crispy Buffalo Chicken sandwich was very tasty, and the potato roll was a nice touch. Onion rings were super crispy good, and the onion itself was nice and tender. French fries were really good, and the coleslaw was freshly made and really tasty. Overall everything was really good and I look forward to returning to try different menu offerings. I left satisfied and full. And it's BYOB! Cool! This place is nothing but horrific ! Staff is unknowledgeable and the young boy manager at the lbi location is very unprofessional. Furthermore I witnessed the manager with his hands placed low on one of the young female employees back and she looked very uncomfortable as we made eye contact while this was happening. Will not be back to either lbi or Toms River location bc they own both. And if this is what is going on at these locations that you own I want no part of it ! And to add to this I called the owner as he left his number below and he was cursing an so rude then he had his son call me and harass me about my review. Sorry but there’s a review section for a reason so own up to it. terrible businessman ! U told me to call you and I did.
