My fiancé and I ordered a custom 8 foot tv stand from them in September 2021. It was supposed to be ready for us to pick up in Shipshewana in November. Sadly, my fiancé passed away on November 13 and I had no way of going to pick up the tv stand. This was the last item my fiancé and I purchased together for our newly renovated home. It was so important to me to be able to bring this home. I contacted the owners of the store and asked if there was any way they could deliver the piece to me in Michigan for an additional cost. The owners didn’t hesitate one bit and had it to me within a week! They brought it in my house and even took the time to set up my cable box and run the wires through the back of the stand. I ordered custom bookshelves over a year ago and gave the owners $425. The guy got I’ll and after patiently waiting until October 15th, I was told he couldn’t build them. I asked for my deposit back and I was assured it would be mailed that week. I have never received it. I finally called a couple of weeks ago and spoke with his wife and she assured me she had mailed it and that she would check with the bank and get back to me. I have heard nothing.
