This medspa has the most accommodating and friendly staff. I had some trouble scheduling my first appointment because of my busy schedule, had to move things around a few times. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. By the time I made it in, the dr made me feel incredibly comfortable since I’ve never had anything like this done before (micro needling). I went to Bella MD to get help with skin texture and evening skin tone and very curious about microneedling. I had a great experience with them despite being very anxious about it. The lidocaine cream made the process painless. They explained every step of the treatment which made me feel reassured. She was so great! She took her time and went over the plan for my skin care, short and long term.
