Worst experience ever at this burger king, I usually like going to this burger king because of the staff but not anymore. Went through the drive through yesterday with my 2 kids, put my order in and notice there was one car ahead of us. Took them 5 minutes to complete the process. Any ways, put my order in (got 4 items) and got to the window and my son wanted a drink, I kindly asked the young lady if she could add a drink to my order and she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to have an attitude. body language, and the way she talked to me) and "I told her its not hard to add a drink to an order with 4 items. There is no excuse I understand its a fast food place, but now a days with people looking for work at lease put a smile on that face when working at window. Don't have a sour face or an attitude, if a customer ask to add an item to the order, and your not allow too kindly say " we usually can't add an item once an order is put in, but I can do it this one time for you." that's all she had to say. It wasn't like there was a long line behind me, in fact just one car pulled up to put an order when I was waiting for my food. Come on, I'm sure there are plenty of young adults that would love to have your job and have a paycheck. The only thing I can say to this store location, is if you put someone at the window put someone that is customer friendly. Like I've said before, I've been going to this place for a while now and used your drive through and never have I had this kind of treatment. And I think the manager was there and didn't come over and say anything. I hope this was an isolated incident and won't have to deal with that rude girl again. Hoping for changes...
Read moreI stop at this BK frequently as it is on my route to and from work and I love BK. This location however is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Unless it is the middle of the afternoon, the orders are always wrong. My past 4 trips to this location via drive thru, all around 9pm, my order has been wrongly fulfilled. Even if I repeat my order multiple times, and the person working repeats the order themselves, something still winds up wrong. Tonight I ordered a #7 combination, Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken meal, along with two Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Wraps, and two HERSHEY'S Sundae Pies. After repeating the order twice, the screen was still wrong. When I got to the window to pay, I made sure to repeat the order which the worker did take down wrong. The worker apologized about the order being wrong and updated it for me at the window. Once I arrived home I realized that I had been given just one wrap and a fish sandwich instead of the Spicy Chicken sandwich. This location is almost always out of items regardless if it is food related or even just paper for receipts. Whether it is the entree, side, or drink something is always WRONG! I've given this BK multiple chances because of how much I enjoy BK generally, but due to the constant mistakes I do not believe I will be back to this location especially given the amount of other fast food...
Read moreAfter I bought my two Junior Whoppers at this store, I decided to do research. It turns out that the hamburgers are NOT fresh or made at the store. Burger King has hamburgers made for them, PRE-COOKED, PRE-FABRICATED, including the grill marks. Each store then heats up the HAMBURGER PRODUCT, the same kind you can buy at the store. Unbelivable. After all this time. So what's in these hamburger products? Not 100% beef. Something similar to:
Beef, Seasoning (Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Salt, Brown Sugar, Canola Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Silicon Dioxide [Anticaking Agent], Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor), Water, Natural Flavor.
Okay, so--they do taste kinda good with the ingredients they add to the pre-made burgers, even though the stores heat up their burgers with a flame broiler, or so they say. So, knowing this, I am very less likely to have a hamburger after the ones I bought at Burger King. I do know that stores like Kidd Valley and Burgermaster and Wendy's use fresh hamburger, which is why they taste so much better and are more expensive. Meh--people will still buy them anyway, since they are cheap. But the TV commercials LEAD YOU TO believe you are getting something that you are not. By the way, Burger King's pre-made, pre-cooked, pre-striped hamburger products are...
