They usually have coffee specials and Lotus Specials for the season and they still do but one window will have only the coffee specials and the other window will have the lotus specials, so you don’t really get to see the whole menu…I normally just ask the barista what the specials are for the category they don’t have posted but these past few times the barista has been saying they don’t have any specials for the type I’m looking for even though I order off those lists every single time. This barista is always stand-offish to me and normally doesn’t greet me and almost always puts too much syrup or mediocre coffee and all I know about her is that she was just hired recently. I’m finally writing a review because this last time I saw her she legit didn’t say anything to me when I pulled up, she just stared at me and waited. Now anytime she’s at the window we just have low expectations for the products being sold and get smaller sizes so we aren’t disappointed, we stopped tipping specifically her due to the horribly made drinks we kept getting. Having to add a redbull or more lotus at my house to make it taste better. Dark hair - short-ish, I think - literally doesn’t greet you at the window. If Wired Chicks down the road had more consistent hours I’d be going there more often (the hours for wired chicks literally says something along the lines of “we come in whenever - our hours...

Been coming here off and on for over a year now. I went through the drive thru today(11/4/21) around 4:30pm and the one girl there had a really bad attitude. She started off saying, "hello, sorry I don't have a mask" and started to take my order, still unmasked. She then just seemed really confused and all around flustered when taking our order. After giving her the payment and receiving our drinks, we sat there and waited for our change for about a minute and then I had to awkwardly ask for it back because I wasn't actually sure what the change would be. When I realized how much it was I just told her to keep it as I didn't want to bother her any further. Once I got home the drinks were both awful and dang near undrinkable. I have been going through this stand for a couple of years and one thing I can always count on consistently is a Luke warm drink, for some reason their drinks are never hot?! The employees are nice however One time I got short changed by the barista I handed her a 20 and receive change as if I gave her a 10 five $ and some change I drove away and returned five minutes later realizing that I had been short changed they counted there till And said that it was correct well I know for a fact I only had one $20 bill in my wallet and now I only have five dollars and some change so I asked The barista to have the owner to call me,no call?
