Listen to all of the other reviews and TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I should have. It’s pretty obvious the employees are paid to do the absolute bare minimum and their management is clearly awful based on the bad attitudes of every single employee and the atrocious quality of work being done.
I got a full acrylic set, but the person didn’t even push back my cuticles before starting. I didn’t notice until after it was too late so my nails were applied incredibly unevenly and on a couple nails the acrylic was applied OVER my skin so it is not properly adhered to the nail bed! I had to painfully trim them myself when I got home(turns out “cuticle trimming” is an add-on service, even if it interferes with getting your nails done correctly…if I had been told that at any point I would have paid to have them trimmed first!) and two of those nails are lifting at the back because they weren’t applied to the nail correctly - it’s been 2 freaking days!
My friend that came and got her nails done with me was so much worse. Not only were her nails unbelievably thick because that employee(I refuse to call her a “nail artist”) used too much acrylic, her shaping was also so uneven it looked like they were done by someone who has never seen acrylic nails before! She asked for an extremely simple design of small stars and the artist left her with giant, messy, smeared things that looked more like crosses than stars. We tried to ask them to fix it as it genuinely looked like a toddler had painted them, but all they would do was add more paint on top of the shitty crosses that made them even thicker and more messy looking before they told us they were closing(mind you our appt started 2+ hours before they close) and had us pay and leave. We ended up going to a different nail salon first thing the next morning to get her nails fixed and that completely unrelated artist apologized for how bad those nails were! It’s insane that we paid for them to be honest.
We also got simple pedicures done and the people doing them were very rude, constantly on their phone and walking away to make personal phone calls in the middle of services. They also clearly rushed when painting as they did not wait even a full minute between applying coats. They ended up sending me off with super wet polish that immediately smudged and smeared as it wasn’t properly dried before they told me I was good to go.

Read moreI've gone here a couple times. Each time the nails turn out okay but there was always something. Employees would talk down to me for asking questions or not understanding how something worked. Or they would burn with their tools or rip my skin because it got stuck the the acrylic, or theyd forget to bring me the drink I checkmarked. All I just let go as the nails turned out okay and I assumed most was due to my lack of knowledge.
Today, I went in to get the acrylics removed and planned on getting a manicure and painted nails after.
The employee that started on my nails grinded down the shellac and then took the nail clippers and clipped a small piece off each nail and then started ripping them off the first nail hurt but came off. The second nail she ripped off hurt and some of it wouldn't come off without me being concerned it would rip some of my actual nail off so I asked if there was another, less painful way of getting it off and that I didn't realize getting acrylics off would be so painful or I wouldn't have gotten them in the first place. She said there was no other way and continued on with other fingers, leaving the bits that were too painful. On the second hand the acrylic came off a little easier and she had said it wasn't so bad and I said "I guess but I wish there was a different way to remove them" she was almost done with the pieces that would come off at this point but said that you could soak in acetone but it took too long and wasn't good for the skin.
When she started trying to rip off the pieces of acrylic that were really stuck and painful, I asked her to just buffer them down a little if possible or to just leave them. I told her I would like to cancel the manicure and polish as my nails felt very sensitive now and I didn't want them messed with anymore. When she was done, I paid the $10 for removal and left.
My nails are thin, sore, extremely sensitive, and I have random lumps on almost all fingers. I was incredibly...

Natalie did an amazing job fixing my nails. I am so excited to go back in a few weeks for a fill. I would absolutely recommend Stella Nails!
I’m not usually one to write reviews—good or bad—but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I went with my sister for a “girls’ day,” and we were both excited. The front desk was very kind, and my sister’s nail tech was great—she was friendly, asked questions about what my sister wanted, and delivered exactly that.
However, my own nail tech never asked me what color I wanted. She immediately started applying a light pink base, even though I mentioned multiple times I wanted to match my sister’s nude base color. After I got up to wash my hands, my sister and her nail tech asked if Kimmie had ever asked me about the color I wanted, and I told them no. I’m not a confrontational person, and it’s nerve-wracking to speak up when you aren’t even given the chance in the first place.
When I finally requested a nude color, she got an attitude and made me “check” every nail after she painted it. I understand wanting to ensure quality, but this came across as petty. Worse still, she filed my nails so aggressively that she drew blood on every finger of my right hand. It’s been two days since the appointment, and my fingers still hurt from the cuts. The acrylics are also separating from my natural nails, and I’m honestly upset that my sister and I paid nearly $200 for nails that won’t even last a week.
Overall, this was a really disappointing experience, and I would not...
