My prescription was missing, so I went back to the pharmacy and they said they didn’t have the order. I contacted the doctor office, doctor office told me the pharmacy already dispensed it to me, so now I called pharmacy, they said they didn’t have the order again, so I contacted the doctor office again, and back again to pharmacy. Later I was trying to explain to a lady and she didn’t want to listen to my story and she put me on hold while I was talking, transferred me to a guy pharmacist and again didn’t listen and kept talking and told me to call the doctor office, WHAT!!!! He said I didn’t have to raise my voice, how wouldn’t I since he just kept talking!
Shouldn’t they be the one who communicate since I already went back and forth several times and I try to tell him that and then he hug up on me!!!! They think that they are pharmacists and don’t need to be nice and provide a good customer service, they can be rude and no one would do anything to them?? This is so unacceptable for patient to have to deal with rudeness health care personals!!

Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Extremely rude staff and very dismissive and unprofessional. I just transferred all my meds here bc Fred Meyer pharmacy doesn’t take my new health insurance and they took a long time to get all of my meds filled in the first place, THEN I had an urgent refill today, they received the prescription and I called and they said they had received it. Asked when I could pick it up, they said an hour. Went two hours later- I have been feeling quite sick today without it, finally went over to the drive thru only to have to wait 30 minutes (I was the second car), I asked for my medicine, she listed off a bunch of my other medications that I did not ask for, I repeated that I needed only that one and she said it wasn’t ready yet. I let her know that I was told two hours ago that it would be ready in an hour. She rolled her eyes at me, didn’t say anything, walked away came back 10 minutes later with my medication and asked if she should charge the card on file- I definitely did not authorize them to keep my card on file, but I just took my medication and went home because I don’t feel good. I think they don’t understand that they are actively impacting people’s health with their flagrantly rude, uncaring behavior and attitudes. I don’t care that they take my insurance. Read moreI shop at Walgreens often and every time I'm in there your cashier Sophia is just so bubbly and nice and is the sweetest and she greets me every time i walk in the store, she is willing to help me with just about anything I need no questions asked and if she doesn't no the answer she will go above and beyond to get help to find the answer I'm looking for, and she is like this every time I come into your store it's because of workers like sophia that keep me coming back again she is truly a asset to your store...and might I also add the other day when I was in your store sophia handled her self really well against this one difficult customer that was very threaten towards her over some innersoles for his shoes saying how they were way cheaper then they really we're and even this young gentleman who worked there even told him the innersoles we're put in the wrong place this customer was just really threaten towards her sophia handled her self alot better then I would have let's just say, if that customer would of talked to me the way he talked to her there would of been problems kuddos to sophia for handling her self in a...
