This little coffee shop is in a very industrial part of Shoreline underneath new “luxury” apartments. It’s so weird to see people spending $2500+ for apartments on 99, but it appears the coffee shop caters to them, offering a basic and somewhat expensive menu. Lots of ironic haircuts and dogs. The coffee was not very good, $6 latte tasted like hot milk, looks like the barista is new, but doing her best, probably needs more practice. The fist pumping loud pop music at 9am is a big turnoff for me and if I had any other choice I would have left, but it’s the closest option when waiting for a service at the local car dealerships down the block. I did notice the shop has multiple rooms for quiet space while working or having a meeting which I thought was nice, not sure if they charge you to use them or if they are time limited. It’s an ok option if you are in the area and need a quick coffee or place to work/meet/wait, but if this shop wants to create a feel of community that will draw others in, they should try to give it a warmer feel. Calmer music, softer lights, seasonal decor, and better coffee.

The BEST coffee shop whether it’s to meet a friend, do a crossword, or just grab a drink and head out (mid interurban trail run??). Also the private study rooms are super convenient The coffee is fantastic every time whether drip or espresso, service is lovely (not to mention fire latte art every time), and the shoreline shop is so nice & pretty. I’m bringing all my friends here

Our family loves Pilgrim coffee!! We’ve been picking up our bags of beans to roast at home for several years now. We love the environment of their Nora establishment and quite often invite friends to join us. The Shoreline establishment has so many great seating options! We would highly recommend grabbing a coffee to go or sit and sip over a slow morning.
