To whom it may concern: Horrible horrible experience in this T-mobile store, the âmanagerâ or person in charge of that store has no tact or patience when serving a customer, especially when English is my second language. I put up with her calling me a liar when I explained the problem I had with T-mobile insurance since I was a Spring customer before and I made changes when I switched to T-mobile every time I tried to explain that experience to her since it was the reason for which I did not want insurance at the moment she cut off the conversation as if she had been working in that store when I had that problem which was four years ago since it is the first time I have seen her there, and then she wanted to sell me an insurance, since she was not doing it with the âintentionâ of helping me but rather of selling so that in a few words she would treat me as stupid if I were to go bankrupt or have something happen to such an expensive phone and still endure her irritation for me not having accepted it. In the end I left that store WITHOUT a phone, FRUSTRATED and with NOTHING to manage since she didn't even pay attention to what I wanted at first, I just wasted my time and left frustrated because she made me feel that I WAS TO BLAME for not accepting its terms I was worried about what to manage than not paying attention to what I wanted from the beginning. As a customer I wanted to be 100% sure how to invest my money in a good business where I felt comfortable since I have been a T-mobile customer for a long time and this had never happened to me. That an incompetent person treats you that way even though there were no derogatory words on her part, the manner of attention as if she didn't care what you wanted and her gestures tell you too much, if you speak Spanish and know how to speak English to make yourself understood I recommend going to another T-mobile store and hopefully they will address your concerns and needs without them trying to sell you a lot of things without paying attention to the service you are looking for at...
Read moreThey are racist. The so called manager is a liar.I bought the phone and they couldnât get it to work in the store, told me take it home n it should work in 24 hours.Came back 2 days later n still didnât work. They immediately profiled me and told me when I walked in the couldnât take the phone back if it was damaged.First off I was looking for them to assist me because I have been a customer for over 10 years and I purchase a phone there for them to immediately act like I wasnât good enough now for assistance. Then she tells me if if there is water damage she canât take it back.I advise her there is no damage.I had it for 2 days and if u look at ur cameras u will see I say here for hours 2 days ago and you guys claimed if the phone still didnât work to come back so I am back. She then opens the phone and says yep water damage.I said itâs impossible. She goes n whispers to the manager and she comes back and says sorry canât help u.Then I call my girlfriend who was with me 2 days ago and tell her I am about to lose it.So then another manager walks up and says I overheard your convo and I would ask that u donât lose it.I said your representative is a liar.I bought this phone 2 days ago and havenât left home.It wasnât working when I left and he said he wonât stand for me talking about his staff like that.At this point I feel heâs not even acting like a manager and I cussed in my sentence. He then says get out of my store I wonât have u cuss at me.I told him I cussed in my sentence not at you.So just tell me what hat am I suppose to do then.He says he doesnât care what I do.If she says there is water damage then there is. Well I went right to apple in lynnwood and they examined the phone and said they were lying and showed me there was no damage.Says go in the mall and explain the situation so I did and that T-mobile said the same. There is no damage and return the phone. I have never been treated so badly. And itâs disgusting that they would...
Read moreThe reason why this Sprint store has so many positive reviews is likely because the employee mentioned will have you review his service on Google and tell you that this is a review for Sprint purposes and feedback for their customer service. This feels pretty scummy as he is probably taking advantage of some older customers who are less technologically literate. While I was working with this particular associate the other people working were making crude jokes and teasing other customers behind their back.
Initially when I switched to Sprint I was given a price quote and only once was I actually charged that per month. Most months my bill has been 150% of the quote, sometimes up to 200%, and never consistent. I made the mistake of going into the store 2 hours before they closed and I was never given the opportunity to fully read the contract and fine print because I was told that they wanted to start to close the store, which should have been a huge red flag for me but I just did what they told me to and signed the contracts without reading what I was signing. I ended up going home with items I did not need, and had expressed that to the salesman, but was told my bill would be higher if I did not take the "free" items and refused to listen when I said that I did not need a tablet because I already had one, or the additional cell phone he was trying to push off as a "mobile hot-spot," again another huge red flag that I should have paid attention too.
If I could go back in time and change things there is no way that I would have gone to this store knowing how I would be treated or recommend this store to a friend or family member. However if you are still set on choosing Sprint for your cell phone service I would recommend going to the store in Ballard or the corporate store downtown on...
