We have a service dog that I chose to stay outside with because the seating area is very cramped and it was full from the two kids from the high school that were eating there and the eight other kids that were with them for.... I don't know maybe their function was nutritional support personnel... Anyway I chose to stand directly outside the front door with my dog as my girlfriend ordered for me, her, and the dog. (We actually ordered food and water for the dog). My girlfriend gives them cash and the cashier gives her our receipt with our order number on it and our three cups. My girlfriend fills her soda and the dogs water, points at me and tells the cashier I'm going to give my boyfriend his cup and the dog her cup. The cashier glances at us and smiles and says ok. She then goes back in and waits for the food. She gets the food and goes refill her soda. THEY TOLD US SHE CAN'T BECAUSE SHE'S ALREADY BEEN OUTSIDE WITH HER CUP. She comes outside to tell me this and so i go inside and ask them if they are serious because she didn't even let the door close behind her when she gave me the cups because I was only one foot outside the door. They said they were "ABSOLUTELY" serious. I walked to the soda machine to get my FIRST soda and they told me I couldn't even have that because my cup had already been outside. I told them they were thieves and filled my soda anyway. Then I went outside and got my gf's cup, filled it, and we left to go eat our lunch. About five minutes later we're about to sit down in the park to picnic and the police show up to trespass us from the jack in the box for STEALING. I know this sounds unbelievable but it's true and I'm not leaving any part of the story out. We never yelled, threatened, or even swore at them. The only slur is when I said, "Man, y'all...
Read moreJack in the box on Aurora Ave is very good I was very surprised as last time I was in there i ordered a cheese burgar w/extra cheese and pickles and Onion rings but the disappointment came when I was told they were out of tartar sauce the food was good but if the manager was with it she would have called another store to get the tartar her store was out of they should never be out of any item. Its upsetting for us customers who come in we should always be able to get any item we want as my meal wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been .The manager was a young Mexican women very nice but not the least concerned she was out of the tartar sauce I had requested it pissed me off to be honest. The store was very clean and u can c in the back while u order your food that it seemed very clean as well. The bathrooms on the other hand had a very pissy smell the bathroom needs improvement and should always smell fresh and clean and funny part u have to ask for key to get in .If I'm a paying customer I shouldn't have to ask for a damm key just cuz the company thinks they r keeping the bums out of the bathrooms to do there dirty deeds.Well I think this is rediculous to have a damm key to a fast food restaurant cuz I c the bums coming in the whole time I was there asking for key and the employees and manager where letting these bums use the bathroom it just was crazy to me what the sense in having a key to begin with if ur letting every Tom,Dick and Harry into the friggen bathroom. Who know what dirty deed...
Read moreI have not had many issues with this location. In fact Its my go to JIB. Until tonight. I placed an order through the app as I have a tendency to do. I wait a moment or two and head to the restaurant, arriving in the suggested time frame provided on the app. I get there and the drive through is empty. so I pull forward and let them know I have a mobile order and they say 'we don't have one for that name's I ask to pull to the window to show them both my completed app order AND the email order confirmation. The employee then proceeds to insist there is no order and REFUSES to look at the order number or even look for the order. She just insists there is nothing and repeatedly tells me to leave the drive through. I have worked at JIB and McDonald's. I know this is NOT how you treat a customer. The other employee also insisted I had no order and the original employee told me to get out of the drive through instead of actually solving the issue. I have ever been treated so terribly by someone working in a service setting. (I'm not asking you to give me the world. I want the order I've already paid YOUR SPECIFIC restaurant for).
I am very happy to let many things slide, because I've been there. Done the job,and a hard day. But this was actually repulsive how the employee, who is choosing to work in customer service, thinks it's okay to treat a customer. Especially when the error was...
