They are a little less disrespectful than your typical Asian restaurant. The wait for food wasn't outrageously long. The place is nice on the inside. Tables and seats are comfortable enough. The food was great. They accommodated my allergy, though it made my food take longer for some reason. I just asked them to not garnish my dish with shallots, which they did by accident I assume. Brought us our food, then took my dish back before giving it to me because they noticed their mistake. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because according to Asian Restaurant standards, that's great customer service. The number of Asian restaurants that get ANGRY at me for asking for a simple modification is overwhelming. Prices aren't too expensive. Some dishes are a bargain, while others are on the pricier end. But that was not the case here, so I am grateful for them. Also, this place is a Pokemon Gym. If you are coming here with kids, then they can play the whole time they are waiting for food. The complaints about "where's the food?" seem to diminish. Heck, maybe you'll join your kids and before you know it, you're food is already there and you're not even done with your battle.
Whatever floats your boat. Ultimately, this was my experience. Give this restaurant a try and decide for yourself whether you'd be willing to come back or not. I've eaten here about three time now. There's ample parking and there isn't usually a wait to get a...
Read moreWe are a regular customers but today’s visit was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend went here coz we’re craving for Thai food. We got to the door and we call the staff’s attention to be seated and she’s not very welcoming or friendly at all. We got seated and we noticed that the table is kinda sticky so we asked her in a (very nice way) if she could wipe the table for us. She walked away with an attitude and when she came back she asked us if we could just move to a different table which we did. But that table is more dirty that the previous one. So we just decided to leave coz we don’t understand what’s so hard for her to wipe that table and plus who would want to eat on a dirty table. After few minutes of leaving the place we decided to call coz we wanted to speak to the Manager and voice our complain but guess what, the same staff answered the phone and told us that the Manager is not there and when I recognized that it’s her and told her our disappointment she raised her voice at me. Which is a bad idea to do to a hungry person like me. She won’t let me speak and just continue to be rude at me. Never ever going back to this place again. Dirty tables and rude...
Read moreThe food was delicious. However, the waitress was very unfriendly. When we entered the store, she only asked us how many people there were and she led us to a table without saying anything. And she threw drink down on the side of the table so quickly that I didn't even have time to thank her. When she gave us food and we asked for chopsticks and sauce, she disappeared without saying a word and then she put them and walked away. As soon as she put the last of food on the table, she darted to another table. I needed more spoons, so I waited for her to finish her conversation with the customer. It felt bad to see her speaking kindly to them, but I kept looking at her for fear that she would disappear quickly again. As they seemed to have finished their conversation, I asked her for spoon, but she pretended not to hear me. I got angry and asked her why you didn't answer me and she said "I did." She lied. And the manager apologized to us and we continued eating. But she lied to the guest so we could all hear that she had done nothing wrong. We don't understand why we were discriminated against as soon as we entered. Is it wrong to go to the store 1:30...
