Bentley's Pet Stuff Shorewood — Local services in Shorewood

I had been coming here for grooming a few times and my nervous dog enjoyed seeing Garrett one of the groomer there. Suddenly I was unable to make appointment through the website but didn't stress to much about it figuring maybe they were just THAT booked.

I had recieved a text saying that they had new groomers and appointments open - that should have been my first red flag. I scheduled an appointment with them on 2/6 for 2/17 - over a week in advance. We don't live close anymore but because my dog was comfortable there I was willing to make the drive. We arrange our day around driving to Shorewood from Hartland - only to get there to be told (by the very sweet, and ONLY employee there) that there were no groomers there and that the groomer Sara that my appointment was booked with had quite 2 days into working here. There was NO contact made to me - and i am sure countless other people - until I was in the store that my appointment wasn't going to happen. How do you run a business like that?! How inconsiderate to peoples lives and the well being...

Hello! Came in today to casually inquire about pet grooming services and the woman whom helped me (sorry I already forgot your name!) was incredibly present with our conversation and kind. Went on to peruse products and picked out some cat food vitamin toppers (only $1.25!) and dental powder. At checkout realized that I mixed up the prices and was unable to purchase the dental powder-- instead of the typical move on without, this saleswoman acted thoughtfully and offered some donated products in lieu of the dental powder. How kind! In a world where human connectiveness and compassionate actions seems tough, this woman proved how being present truly touches another person's experience. Will be bringing our forever pup Luna to be groomed ASAP! Thank you again pet shop...

Every time I walk into the store I am greeted with a smile! I take my dog to Bentley’s Pet Stuff in Shorewood to see Karla with MKE Groom. My dog loves Karla and his “spaw dates” with her. Karla does an excellent job grooming my goldendoodle. I’ve finally found a groomer that exceeds my expectations and I will continue to drive to Shorewood because my dog is also very comfortable with Karla! While I’m at Bentley’s, I also have to browse! They always have quality treats, jerky, and chews that are safe and that my dog also finds very tasty! See you soon,...
