I placed an order through the app today. The store's hours were listed as 6am til 10 pm. When I arrived a sign posted said the hours were 7am til 10 pm. I greeted the batista that was setting up and told her I placed an order online. She immediately responded she doesn't know how that happened, she's not open and she had already notified management. I said fine, if I can just have a refund to which she nastily replied, "I can't even do that." I asked for the manager that she'd notified and was told there's no manager here, I'm the only one here. I told her she just said she notified management so where were they? She says through the group text I guess! With a nasty attitude and told me to cancel through the app today which I replied there's no way to cancel through the app. She offered no assistance. Turned her back on me and accused me of giving her an attitude when I was simply questioning how I would be refunded since she wasn't providing the goods in which I paid for. Worse experience ever. Read moreNormally really good but today I was confused by the employee telling me I couldn't light ice in my drink that I get almost everyday. She said that "she could try". Every time I order the drink they just put in a little bit less ice than usual. I'm not expecting no ice and I think that's what she thought I meant. I explained I just don't like the ice filling up most of the cup. But I still like ice. She said again " I can try but that's not how the drink is made". She was trying to unplug the sink (all) while shifting back and forth to make my drink. And she had a bad attitude…If you cover up the Starbucks logo…you would think you’re at a side walk coffee stand. They need to take advice from (Chick fa la) in customer service.
