Tweed — Local services in Short Pump

The store is beautiful and has a great selection of Enewton jewelry. I normally order online, but I drove 40 minutes to visit the store. I spent $341 on Enewton pieces. Unfortunately, my daughter’s necklace broke after only eight days. When I contacted the store, I was told they do not handle warranty issues and that I would need to go through the Enewton website. For the price and the short amount of time the jewelry was worn, I was disappointed that the store didn’t offer more support. I dont see the point of ever returning to this store. They definitely lost me...

It's okay. I went here with my wife and sister-in-law, because they wanted to. It is very, very, very busy on the weekend. We spent about 20 minutes just waiting for them to check out.

I noticed some things were very affordably priced, and some things...not so much. They have fantastic selection, if you are interested in decorations, kitsch and gift type stuff.

There was some cool RVA/Richmond themed stuff, although I can't speak to the quality, the variety was impressive.

What can I say, they must fill a niche for certain shoppers...because it was...

I ordered a University of South Carolina billfold from Tweed – and the USC billfold that arrived in the mail was not the one they had posted to their website. I reached out asking how to return the billfold and get a refund and I received no response. If you’re ordering from Tweed out of state – just beware you might not get what you order and they don’t respond a request for refunds.
