This location used to have great service once upon a time. The service has declined dramatically as well as the food.
This location has a high turnover rate of staff including the management.
I've waited 10-15 minutes to get food that cold or burnt.
I ordered an egg and cheese on ciabatta and the bread was wet on the bottom that it stuck to the wrapper.
On another occasion I purchased a soufflé for breakfast and it was cold as if it had been cooked and sat on the counter to become room temperature.
This location does accept Apple Pay.
Don't forget to sign up for the Panera rewards program. It has some good perks.
You have he option to order ahead using the Panera Bread app from your smartphone and choose the time to pick up your order in as few as ten minutes.
There's no drive thru at this location as some Panera Bread locations do offer drive thru service.
The staff are constantly changing here even prior to COVID-19. Today, the staff was rude. Other staff standing around doing nothing. Yet, online orders are backed up with a cook, two employees, and manager. I ordered online. No one ever brings out to your car for curbside unless you’re caucasian. If you’re another ethnic group and order online, you have to come in and get yourself. Marking that you’re here in the app upon arrival does nothing. Some people do work and don’t have time to sit and wait for someone to decide if and when they want to bring the items out to you.

Read moreI went here on 11/26/23 at appx. 7:20 am and the woman at the counter was disrespectful. I ordered 8 bagels sliced. She placed the bagels in the bag and gave them to me and I asked if they were sliced and she said do you want them sliced and i said that’s what i asked for before. She then proceeded to throw the bagels at the table and throw them into the slicer. Completely disappointed at this disrespectful behavior.
Additionally, i was not told the cream cheese was extra, I assumed it came with the bagel. I asked for some more and was told it was $1.60 each for extras which i agreed to. At the end of this ordeal, before she sliced my bagels, she was going to charge me for the extra cream cheese. Upon slicing the bagels she hands me the bagels and says have a nice day in a rude tone. They were out of every bread, except for bagels and white bread. No focaccia, no baguettes, no specialty bread. They give you an 8 ounce smoothie for seven dollars (go to smoothie king instead). But then, when I went to use the Internet, the woman at the front insisted it was working, despite it clearly not working on my cell phone or my laptop. I even showed her and after standing there for several minutes she just responded with “yes?” I work on computers for a living, I know how to connect to the internet and she told me it was me.
