The Show Low AZ store is the most unprofessional, unorganized establishment I have ever dealt with and will never deal with them again. While purchasing from them the older native American lady at the counter is the rudest "customer service" associate I've ever met, she is racist and patronizing. The delivery drivers didn't want to put our bed together and scratched the bed frame, we complained but the manager only took a few dollars off our next bill. Then delivered our couch and put a small hole in it forcing it through the gate opening and the threshold. Then delivered our fridge and put dents and scratches all over it, we knew there was no point to contact the manager for a meager few dollars off our extremely overpriced items to begin with. Your paying 200% interest, you expect the items to look brand new. Then over a month ago, I called to return the couch, we moved and the couch no longer suits our needs. First I spoke to a guy who said they could do a pick up and the drivers will call me, never received a call. Then a week later I call again, I get the same old rude lady, she tells me they will have to inspect the couch first to see if it's eligible for return. I've never heard of that with Aaron's before. She says the drivers will be there Thursday to pick up, I waited around ALL DAY and they never showed up. I advised them twice I am moving I will not be at that address much longer and they didn't call to reschedule or advise me the driver couldn't make it or anything. I called again to say come get everything I am done with Aaron's. They never called to pick up I am now moved and left those items in the previous address because of THEIR NEGLIGENCE they didn't get those items back! But now they want to flood my phone with calls about my "late payment" but couldn't call me to get their stuff I no longer wanted. I will never spend another dime with Aaron's again, especially the show low location. Read moreI ordered a couch on aug 1st. It was taking awhile to get in and anytime I’d called the store they claimed they had no idea when it would arrive. Last week the staff member I talked to, Amber, claimed she checked the tracking and promised me it would be in by Thursday the 22nd and deliver by Saturday at the very latest. So I called in Thursday after I had gotten an email stating it was in store. The store manager was rude and just gave attitude when asked about it then said she had “ accidentally “ checked it in but that it was not on their truck and just kept kinda pushing me to cancel, that was her only suggestion to the problem. I waited until today, Saturday, to call customer service and cancel. The customer service lady had informed me the store had actually received my couch on the 20th. But the store manager claims up and down they never received it but also couldn’t tell me where it was or when it would be available. Read moreI bought a brand new washer and dryer and I only do one load a week because I live by myself and the dryer broke so I contacted the local store and they brought me a used dryer and said it was a Loner and now it’s been a couple months and I called to find out about my dryer and they told me that the used dryer they brought out is my new dryer and it’s completely used so don’t buy anything from Aaron’s because they don’t back up the stuff they sell . And John is the manager I guess and he doesn’t care about people because he said my dryer is in someone’s house But he tried to sell me another dryer this company will screw you !!!!!!!!!
