Amazon Last Mile Center WZN4 - Show Low — Local services in Show Low

I've lived in the Show Low area for 3 years now and didn't have issues with my packages being delivered until this warehouse opened and it's Amazon trying to deliver. If I could put a negative stars I totally would. The drivers have no idea where anything is and on top of that the GPS that Amazon has/uses doesn't go off of the Google maps which puts the address in the correct spot. I NEVER had issues if UPS, FedEx or USPS delivered my packages. To me common sense is if your having issues you call the customer but nope Amazon drivers don't. A few weeks ago I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered and it said it was out for delivery and a few minutes later it say they couldn't be delivered because of address issues but customer service rep says the packages were damaged and being send back to sender. Had to reorder they were delivered just fine no issues. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday nothing tried to deliver after hours and today was the same thing. My delivery instructions are clear and have the hours of my mail ox but still...

Received email notice at 6:3 5 pm Friday that monthly Subscribe and Save consisting of 4 boxes was delivered to front door or porch. Nothing on porch nor front door; nothing showing on exterior camera. Checked exterior of front of house....no packages. As I was leaving at 12:30pm the next day, I found a 4 boxes stac/ked just inside open chain link gate, 6 feet from a public street!! This is NOT the front door or porch, which was approx. 40 feet further up the drive. I am 78 yrs old and partially disabled so was only able to get 3 of the boxes up to the house. One weighing about 40 lbs is still sitting out by the street waiting for my son in law to come bring it up to the house. This is the first time Amazon has dumped and run......completely...

I would also give a negative review, if possible! The majority of Amazon contract drivers just don't care!!!

We NEVER had a misdelivered package when all packages were delivered by UPS or FedEx. Now, I'm constantly getting packages left on the ground, next to our large sign that has our name, address and a large arrow pointing down our long road. We are the ONLY house on that road, so why are packages being left under a sign, surrounded by forest??? These packages are also only 10 feet from the main road!
