On May 2, 2025, I purchased three pizzas.the cost was $26.71. They charged my account 3 times for a total cost of $80.13. I took my bank statement in to the store in Pine-top Az. showed it to the in store general manager. . He went to the cash register took about 10 minutes looking for my wifeās name as well as mine, he could not find the order, even though he had my bank statement right in front of him. Showing the date the amount the Location and that it was charged 3 times. The in store general manager didnāt care and had no idea how to handle the situation. His lack of training and how to handle this. So he called his manager who said to take my name and number and the owner would deal with it. I told him I had paid for the pizzas 3 times and he needed to give me back my $53.42. He said he would not and rudely ask me to leave his store. While there a lady said the same thing happened to her and they did nothing to help her resolve the issue. She had to file a dispute with her bank.. The shift lead āMattā came over to bark orders and then while a line grew behind me the guy trying to fix the computer was stiiill trying by himself to fix it while the line got bigger. But Iām a patient person⦠Iām no stranger to customer service or the food industry, Iāve managed 3 restaurants/bars on this mountain. Matt goes to the back to hang out with the prep side while simultaneously telling the guy upfront not to have long conversations with his customers⦠In front of literally everybody⦠Completely unprofessional. Everyone else seemed to be doing a great job or at least trying to⦠But I had enough of watching him create this unstable work environment. When I pointed out exactly how he was affecting his staff and his customers, he told me I was not allowed back again. The young Miss behind the counter was cheery, professional, courteous, and had a wonderful smile, even though she had a mask on, I could tell she was smiling.
