This is the nicest Starbucks I have ever visited! The interior is beautifully designed with tall ceilings, comfortable bench seating facing the area where the baristas prepare drinks, and floor to ceiling windows. Everything is nice and new and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The drinks and food items are the same as other Starbucks. I love the tomato mozzarella sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes. The flat white is my favorite espresso drink. The WiFi connection is speedy and there are lots of electrical outlets. It is easy to start conversations with other customers because of the seating arrangement. The baristas are very professional and super friendly! I am a cyclist. It is easy to keep an eye on my bicycle parked outside because it is leaning against the window across from my seat! 2025 Update: I noticed a bookshelf with books and games for kids. I enjoyed watching children playing in this area of the store. I would give this Starbucks more stars but I am out of stars! This Starbucks is on whole other level! Please give the staff...
Read moreStaff was kind and helpful. However, my order was not correct. I ordered a pineapple cloud cake and a cinnamon dulce creme. For those who may not know, a “creme” at Starbucks is just the steamed milk with no coffee and you can add the flavorings. Every Starbucks I’ve been to has been familiar with this terminology. I don’t drink coffee due to religious reasons. However, when I ordered this the cashier seemed confused. I explained it’s just steamed milk with the flavoring and no coffee. He responded with “oh so like a decaf latte?” And I misheard and thought he said “a half latte” to which I said “yes” because a latte is milk and coffee so I thought when he said “half latte” he was saying the milk half. When my order was up, it was missing the bakery item (easy fix no problem) and my drink contained coffee. I realized that he probably said decaf and not half so that’s why I didn’t complain. It was partially my mishearing and his misunderstanding.
So for future reference, a “creme” is just milk no coffee with...
Read moreI went to Starbucks to grab a simple cup of decaf coffee around 1PM, nothing fancy. There was a line for the drive-thru, but the parking lot was empty so I decided to go inside. The store was not busy, but there seemed to be chaos behind the counter. The person who took my order obviously knew that I was sitting there waiting. After fifteen minutes, I went to the pick-up window and asked if any one was working on my order, and she shrugged and walked away into the back. When I walked over to the order window and asked, I also got no response, just three "baristas" huddling together to try to figure out their own chaos. I asked for my money back and told them I could have driven home and made my own cup of coffee, which I did. No apparent manager, poor training, and horrible customer service. There are many other...
