White Mountain Books is joyously jammed with gently used books for readers of all ages/interests with ample space to comfortably browse and a friendly & helpful staff - shouts out to Allie, Wayne & Josh! They also sell magazines, vintage cards, reader paraphernalia & locally produced honey.

Such a fun place to look around! Everyone in our family found books to enjoy. From thrillers, to Ayurvedic principles, to romance, to dinosaur facts... they had all our interests covered! The ONLY reason I would not give 5 stars is the fact that they took a specific political stance and very clearly advertised it in multiple places around the store. It just didn't feel like the time or place to push your opinions on people you want to buy things from you. But to each their own! Still...

Love our local used bookstore and have since soon after moving here in 2019! New owners recently took it over in recent months. SO glad the town still has the bookstore! You can get fingerprinting done here! You can also ask them to order any book for you if it is not currently in the store! I bring in a list of titles often because I would rather support and buy local than order on Amazon or other avenues! Also love stocking up on my local...
