Let me just start with saying that it is associates like Ashley (I hope I spelled that the way that you do) that make a business. Professional, cordial, compassionate and so much more. I've been an avid shopper at the shop for over two years and not one single time has there ever been that feeling that you're in an adult shop. It almost feels like shopping at a clothing store, and that is due to the people that make it run. People like Ashley.
Every time I walk in, I am greeted and never ever shy away from buying something that I want because I fear that someone may judge me, or assume something about me based on my purchases. I am always just helped if I need or ask for it.
That's another thing; upon arriving, you are always greeted cordially, you are offered help but not hounded. If you look lost or stuck between decisions, someone will ask if you'd like some help choosing or leave it up to you. When I've asked for help , whoever helps me is almost always knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. The ones that haven't been, I notice aren't around anymore.
The only time I was ever disappointed was one night (And I will not say when this was, because the young lady is a wonderful person) I had driven to the shop only to find it locked 15 mins early. Not a big deal basically it's because I am a I want what I want when I want it person.
To whomever oversees hiring and employee management, you have one hell of a team making your business operate at a level of customer care that seems long lost in this country. Do what it takes to keep people like Ashley around. Pay a little more whatever. In the long run, it keeps people like me coming back regularly and I've spent thousands in your shop form that very reason. Plus turn around always costs more than retention.,
Ashley, thank you once again. You are a sweetheart and a golden asset to that shop. See y'all again in a day or two. I have a collection of goodies to replace after losing over $1000.00 of items from that shop in a house fire that I barely survived. Sincerely, The tall dude that collects brown glass.

   Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the storeâs return and exchange policy. My girlfriend and I visited the store last night and spent $205 on various products. While the overall customer service during our visit was pleasant, our experience after the purchase was disappointing. Shortly after completing our transactionâwithin five minutes, with the tags still attachedâwe realized that one of the items, a skirt, was unnecessary, as my girlfriend already owned something similar. I immediately returned to the register to request a refund or exchange.
The cashier informed me that all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges permitted, even for unused items. When I explained the circumstances, I was told, âIâm sorry, everything is final.â At no time during our shopping experience or at checkout were we made aware of this policy, and I did not receive a receipt for our purchase.
The following morning, my girlfriend opened a $25 pair of underwear that was in a package we had purchased (she did not try them on). Upon opening the package, we discovered the size was incorrectâit was labeled 1X, intended for individuals weighing 180â220 lbs, while my girlfriend weighs 150 lbs. An associate had assisted us in selecting all of the underwear during our visit.
I called the store to see if an accommodation could be made, especially considering we had spent over $200 at that location. I was told that no exception could be made due to store policy and that the item could not be returned or exchanged because it had been âopened,â despite never being worn or used. While I understand the importance of hygiene policies, refusing even a store credit seems excessiveâparticularly given that the store sells other intimate items and electronic devices.
