Excellent store, great service. I am glad to have this type of hardware store in town - Rocky's Ace hardware is small and close as well but they'll never match the service of Papa's since I believe it's family operated. People at Ace just look at the aisle markers to "help" you like one already does when they cannot find something.

Very personal service - I was in a huge rush today and they found what I needed out of the thousands of screws and nuts very quickly.
